Who's ready to dive into a delightful whirlwind? It's Camp Chaos VBS time! Join us at True Direction Church from August 3rd-6th, 5:30-8:00 PM, for a nightly adventure for ages 2 years to 6th grade. Expect food, crafts, games, and lessons on how “Jesus is our Path to Peace in a world full of noise, stress, and uncertainty.” Camp Chaos is all about discovering how Jesus brings strength, provision, salvation, peace, and healing amid life's wild storms, using epic Bible tales like the wise and foolish builders and the miraculous feeding of the 5000.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 6th, when we'll wrap things up with our VBS “Wrap Up and Sliding Into The School Year” Party. Get ready for pizza, water slides, and devotion!
This year, it's a battle of the boys verses girls as they compete to bring in the most canned goods and individually wrapped snacks. The winning team gets the ultimate prize: a chance to smoosh a mud pie in the face of the losing team's leader—Kam Baldwin for the boys and Brianna Dawkins for the girls. All collected goods will support our community outreach. Don't forget, VBS campers should bring an offering each night too.
