Postpartum yoga is a space for both moms and dads to connect with their bodies, breath, babies and other parents navigating this unique time. Melissa will guide you through a gentle yoga flow with modifications to meet you where you are in your postpartum journey. Babies who are crawling or younger are welcome to join and no, we donβt mind if they cry or you need to feed and change them in the middle of class. We have yoga mats for you and baby - just bring yourself and any toys your little one might enjoy!
