🔅Flow & Unwind Tuesdays 6:30pm🔅

On Tuesdays you flow into the rest of the week with yoga 4 all, moving from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.

This session connects breath & movement to focus on lengthening the body and adding some warmth & flexibility to the muscles, whilst improving posture.

You will also unwind & release tension harnessing your breath and creating balance.

As always we will end with a beautiful guided Savasana (relaxation) 😴

Individual sessions £8.50pp

Beginners very welcome in ALL sessions

Please note that you will be required to bring your own Yoga mat & any props you like to use for your practice.
