Energy Circle

The session is a safe space to connect with your inner knowing through various modalities such as meditation, mindfulness, journaling, oracle cards, healing energy, prayer, group discussions. It's also a space for social connection with others and support.
You can arrive from 6.30pm for a chat and refreshments.
