Hatha Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Community yoga for every body in a large airy hall with plenty of space between mats.

This Hatha Yoga class is a responsive practice to suit your energy levels on the day. You are invited to explore the relationship between breath and movement, meet yourself with acceptance and move with a playful attitude with respect for the changing energies of cycles of the seasons, moon and your own inner cycles.

Following a gentle warm up, the class will build to strengthening poses and end in deep relaxation in the form of Yoga Nidra, aiming to leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.

This is a 75 minute class. Arrive at 9.15am for a 9.20am start - end at 10.35am.

Investment:
£12 per class block booking (£10 conc) - payment by half term block.
