August Training Session

Our next Training Session will be on Saturday, 23rd August at University of Wales Trinity Saint David Sports Centre Carmarthen SA31 3EP in partnership with Eyebelieve Eyecan.

12pm - Setting-up the court
1 - 2pm Gwiberod Bach session for younger or less experienced players
2 - 4pm Vipers Training Session
4 - 5pm Buffet and Time to Socialise
