Join myself & Sarah/Jane from The Yoga Family for a blissful Yin & Sound Healing event. You will be guided through a Restorative/Yin Yoga sequence that is deeply nourishing using the support of props such as blocks, blankets & bolsters.

The magical crystal alchemy bowls will be played throughout this blissful sound healing will support you to relax deeply & will recharge your mind, body & soul.
