DAY SCHEDULE
Registration 8-8.30am
Rules meeting 9am
First event start at 10am
Max deadlift.
Specific information on how this will run will be posted once numbers confirmed. Each round increases 20kg and athletes to select during registration which round they come in at. Once they've joined the rounds they cannot skip heavier rounds. Athletes are out once they fail to list the weight.
Final few athletes may reduce to 10kg jumps tbc.
Starting Weights
Beginners 140 no suits
Novice 180 no suits
Inters 220 Suits allowed
Opens 260 Suits allowed
Axle Press FTOH
Standard Axle each rep must be clean and pressed 60s time limit.
Beginners 75kg
Novice 90kg
Apollon Axle Press From Chest. Athletes to clean the axle and complete the reps from chest. Standard Axle on 15" apollon wheels. Athletes can reclean.
Inters 115kg
Opens 125kg
Farmers into yoke
10m Course. Run the Farmers 10m Course before transitioning to a yoke to run it 10m back. Distance will be taken if not completed. Yoke heights to be given during warm ups.
Beginners 80 into 200
Novice 90 into 240
Inters 110 into 280
Open 120 into 320
Sandbag shoulder death medley (7 bags!)
Each bag to be completed in order. Only one rep required at each weight. Bag must be placed on shoulder with opposing hand taken off and bag shown under control. Each bag to be set 1m Infront of the next.
60s to complete tbe course.
Beginners 50/60/70/80/90/100/110
Novice 60/70/80/90/100/110/120
Inters 70/80/90/100/110/120/130
Open 80/90/100/110/120/130/140
