Sea Explorers for 9-16 year olds

Come and join us for a 3-week Sea Explorers programme where we will be getting in the sea to try snorkelling. The sea is quite fresh at this time of year so we will also be doing other activities on the beach and in the Portmellon area depending on tides and conditions. We may even go on a walking adventure to go and see some seals.

All PPE and snorkel kit is provided and we have a range of wetsuits for you to borrow free of charge too. Please remember to bring your swimmers, suitable shoes to wear in the water (no crocs or flip flops), a large towel/ dry robe, and layers of warm clothes and a woolly hat for afterwards.

Young people must be confident in the water and be able to swim 25m unaided. We will be wearing tow floats in the water but no buoyancy aids.
