Health and wellbeing information event - free for Residents, family friends and members of the public, professionals.

Bringing local services and information/advice to the PFH villages.
This provides opportunity for people to find out more about services that may be able to support them live independently and well in their own homes and manage health conditions with support. Also find out about local support groups and social groups within their local area.
