Join us for a special evening every Wednesday at Fairfield Community Farm — a gentle, welcoming space for women to come together, share stories, and support one another through the ups and downs of aging and mental health.

- Tea, treats, and time to breathe
- Nature, calm, and connection
- Friendly animals to stroke (doesn't get better than that!)

📍 **Where:** Fairfield Community Farm, Ruskington Fen near Sleaford
📅 **When:** Every Wednesday evening 6 til 8 pm
🌿 ** Cost** A small donation towards the upkeep of the animals would be appreciated. No need to book.
💬 **Who’s it for?** Any woman navigating the challenges of aging, low mood, anxiety, or just needing a space to feel heard.
