A Bowl of Soul Launch Party

🎉 You’re invited to the official launch of A Bowl of Soul! 🎉

Join us for an evening of celebration, community, music, and soul-nourishing food as we launch this love-fueled program for Black postpartum mothers in Dane County.

🌿 What is A Bowl of Soul?
Founded by Qwantese Winters—community doula, culinarian, and agriculturist—A Bowl of Soul provides Black postpartum moms with weekly home-cooked meals, wellness workshops, and doula check-ins for 6 weeks after birth. This program is rooted in care, community, and the belief that food is medicine.

✨ What to Expect:
🫶 Live music from Isaiah Oby & Bear in the Forest
🍽️ Soul food eats with a special twist
🎨 Activities & connection with local birth and food justice communities
🌻 Ways to get involved: refer a mom, volunteer, or donate
