Self Defense Class

We are so excited to offer a self-defense class at LivFit! It will be $15 per member. We will collect the money in advance for the class, starting tomorrow! Cash only. You can come in and pay at the front desk. The class will be in our Women’s Center on July 29th @ 6:30 PM with Christopher Thompson. Come join us! 💪
