Peak Performance Decatur First Responders Jiu-Jitsu Class

Peak Performance Decatur will be hosting a Jiu-Jitsu class open to all first responders and their family members on July 27th, 2025, from 1pm to 4:30pm. The first two and a half hours will be group instruction on basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with an emphasis on applications for first responders - particularly law enforcement - and the last hour will be an open mat for rolling (sparring) for anyone who wants to participate (but you’re welcome to just watch if you’d prefer!).

The class will be hosted by coach Lukeus Peterson. He’s a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and currently a corporal at the Wise County Jail.

All first responders and immediate family members are welcome to attend. Training will be $20 per person but free to currently active Peak Performance Decatur members.
