BOOM Wednesday! What better way to spend the middle of the week than to try a different class each week of the month?
Week 1 Flex Appeal will limber you up for the month as you move through a relaxing stretch and flex session. The focus is on improving flexibility, mobility, and range of motion through a series of stretching exercises. You will walk away with a clear mind and feeling great.

Week 2 Do The Hundred works your powerhouse with mind-body beginner and intermediate Pilates moves. Challenge your core and lengthen your muscles by focusing on controlled movements, core engagement, and breathwork to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.
Week 3 Dynamic Duo Sweat Fest is truly a laughing matter! Partner up with another participant to challenge each other in this fun workout. You are likely to find yourself laughing throughout the class while pushing yourself and cheering on your partner. You will be walking out of this class sweating, smiling and feeling energized!

Week 4 Werk It quickly shows you just how much resistance bands add to your workout. Utilizing various resistance bands for this workout will challenge your muscles while building strength in a full body workout.
