Once Upon an Orchestra

Come experience “Once Upon an Orchestra” with the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic and the Lackawanna County Library System! Families with children ages 2 to 5 are invited to enjoy a musical afternoon at their local library. It’s a fantastic chance to introduce little ones to the joy of music and stories!

Recommended for families with children ages 2 through 5. All are welcome.
