Hands on cooking class

Cooking classes are held at The Kitchen Company in North Haven. Classes will last approximately 2.5 hours. I teach a 3 course meal appetizer, entrรฉe, and dessert from beginning to end, engaging in interactive discussions and hands-on activities with the guests (there are 10 seats per class). Afterward, Iโll serve you the three-course meal I taught you to make. Iโll also provide imported bottled water. BYOB is encouraged. Iโll send you the July and August menu. The entree can be made without seafood. The price is $125 plus tax per person per class. The menu is below ๐ DM to reserve your seat.
๐ง Liuzzi Cheese Ciliegine: Fresh mozzarella cheese in cherry-sized pieces, paired with tri-color grape tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs.
๐ Penne alla Scogliera: Quill-shaped pasta, shrimp, fresh tomatoes, basil, cream, and crushed red pepper.
๐ Strawberry Shortcake: Sweet strawberries, warm buttered pound cake, and homemade whipped cream.
