Hands on cooking class

Cooking classes are held at The Kitchen Company in North Haven. Classes will last approximately 2.5 hours. I teach a 3 course meal appetizer, entrรฉe, and dessert from beginning to end, engaging in interactive discussions and hands-on activities with the guests (there are 10 seats per class). Afterward, Iโ€™ll serve you the three-course meal I taught you to make. Iโ€™ll also provide imported bottled water. BYOB is encouraged. Iโ€™ll send you the July and August menu. The entree can be made without seafood. The price is $125 plus tax per person per class. The menu is below ๐Ÿ‘‡ DM to reserve your seat.

๐Ÿง€ Liuzzi Cheese Ciliegine: Fresh mozzarella cheese in cherry-sized pieces, paired with tri-color grape tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs.

๐Ÿ Penne alla Scogliera: Quill-shaped pasta, shrimp, fresh tomatoes, basil, cream, and crushed red pepper.

๐Ÿ“ Strawberry Shortcake: Sweet strawberries, warm buttered pound cake, and homemade whipped cream.
