Strauss CommUNITY - Musical Theatre Jazz – Intermediate/Advanced Level

Our Strauss CommUNITY Dance Workshops are back and better than ever! This year, we're offering three levels of classes so you can take the classes that best match your skill level. Our Musical Theatre Jazz classes are recommended to those at the INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL.

This high-energy class is perfect for dancers ready to level up their performance skills. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a musical theatre fan who just loves to move, you'll find something to inspire and challenge you.

Each week spotlights a different Broadway show, diving into its signature style, storytelling, and choreography. Class kicks off with a warm-up to build strength, flexibility, and core connection, followed by across-the-floor progressions.

You'll then learn a dynamic combination designed to grow your musicality, acting chops, and personal flair. With a strong focus on style, expression, and performance quality, this class will help you grow as both a dancer and a storyteller—all in a fun, upbeat, and supportive environment.
