These small, supportive group evenings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore your inner world through gentle movement, shared presence, and quiet reflection.

Each week begins with a soft welcome and a simple theme — something to stir awareness, invite curiosity, or offer grounding. From there, we move into a guided somatic practice: accessible movements, breath awareness, and contemplative prompts that support connection to your body and inner experience.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.

After the guided practice, there’s time to integrate and (if you choose) share your reflections. This space is held with deep respect, spaciousness, and confidentiality. You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply rest in presence.

This is not group therapy — but it is therapeutic. These evenings are crafted to gently support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and co-regulation within a safe group field. There’s nothing to fix or perform — only space to be with what’s here.

Held in my quiet home studio, group numbers are limited to keep the space intimate and attuned.
