In this 5 week series we will invite happiness into our daily lives
using Yoga ~ Learn more about the mind/body connection and how you can use little things to make a big difference in the way you see the world around you.

Week 1 - Letting Go of Results
Week 2 - Ahimsa (non violence)
Week 3 - Balance
Week 4 - Should's -vs- Could's
Week 5 - Heart Openers

Hatha Yoga is a slow moving form of yoga that uses long holds to build strength and increase range of motion. Hatha combines your mind, body and breath to create a oneness with self. In this 5 week series we will have some Meditation, some Breathwork and of course Yoga.

Join for the full 5 week series or just drop in on the weeks that you
think will benefit you the most!
