Thread Painting Class with Sandie Sixtus

There are still spaces left for the thread painting class with me, Sandie. We will create a picture of a fantail (Piwakawaka) onto a piece of canvas using fabric and stitching. You do not have to be experienced or even confident at free motion-stitching as it’s not precise, no need for even stitches. It will be about 40cm (16”) when finished. The class cost will be $55 for the 2 days and the only supplies you will need are a piece of canvas for the background (that I can supply), scraps of fabric, about a dozen sewing threads in various colours, and an embroidery hoop (I have a few people can borrow).
