Wellness Wednesday: Toddler & Me Yoga

Take a deep breath and get ready to relax! This engaging class with Mindful Yoga with Liz is designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Using a variety of manipulatives, children will learn body awareness, balance, build core strength, work on fine and gross motor skills, and more, all in a fun and nurturing environment. This is a great opportunity to bond with your littles while engaging your mind, body, spirit, and inner child.

This program is appropriate for seasoned walkers up to three years old.

Free with museum admission.

Due to limited space, we encourage you to preregister. Yoga mats are also in short supply so please bring your own.
