Join Sophie for a fun and supportive 75-minute workshop where you'll learn how to feel more confident and comfortable upside down, even if you're just starting out! We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving and ready. Then, you’ll learn simple exercises to help you build strength and understand the basic shapes that make handstands easier, like the "hollow body" position.After that, we'll practice handstands using buddies for support. You'll get tips on how to balance and slowly start working towards doing a handstand without a buddy if you're ready. This workshop is open to all levels, so whether it's your first time trying a handstand or you’ve been working on them for a while, you’ll get helpful guidance and support every step of the way.
