Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to nourish the deeper layers of your body—and your being. Through long-held, supported postures, we gently stretch connective tissues like fascia and ligaments, while inviting the nervous system into a state of rest and regulation.

Each class begins with gentle movement to awaken the body before we settle into 8–10 shapes, held for 3–5 minutes each. With props for support and breath as our guide, we create space to feel, notice, and release—without forcing or striving. The emphasis is not on “doing it right,” but on what happens when we allow the body to be fully supported and still.

This practice can help:
-Reduce stress and overwhelm
-Support trauma healing and reconnection with the body
-Increase mobility and flexibility in the joints and fascia
-Build emotional resilience through presence and self-awareness

Yin is deceptively simple—and deeply powerful. In this space, we honor both the challenges and the gifts that arise when we slow down enough to listen. All levels welcome.
