Join us for a free creative mental wellness workshop focused on personal reflection and healing through art.
Each week, from 6-8 p.m. you’ll work on an individual project designed to tap into your creative senses, support mindfulness, improve memory, and encourage emotional well-being to help you heal.
No art experience required! Just your curiosity and willingness to explore your inner world through drawing, painting, collage, color, and more!
Seating is limited to 10. Bring your own art supplies or use from the Center’s free community art supply closet.
