We invite you to join us for an active fitness series with Ralph Thomure from Gold’s Gym. We start each session with a brief discussion about the benefits of good fitness programming, assessing fitness and nutrition myths, and incorporating activities at home. Wear comfortable walking shoes to enjoy a moderately paced walk downtown from the library. Plan to stay a few minutes for conversation and a cool beverage from the Library Cafe. In the event of inclement weather, this event will move to The Commons Area.
