Open Mic - 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

El Capitan's own acoustic Open Mic with host Sam Weaver is now every 1st and 3rd Thursday every month, and kicks off at 8:30 pm. Sign up onsite after 7 pm - or by calling 206-459-2567 the day of the event. Our first 15-minute slot is at 8:30. While often have primarily music - we encourage poetry, prose and even comedy if not overtly off-color. We also encourage a variety of musicians to paricipate. Keyboards, horns, woodwinds and stringed instruments are all welcome.
