Superpalooza 2025
Superpalooza is a same-sex and mixed-pair partner competition (M/M, F/F, M/F) open to athletes of all levels. Whether you're throwing down in the RX division or testing yourself in the Scaled division, this event is all about fun, fitness, and community. Expect high-energy workouts, professional programming, and an unforgettable competition experience.
All funds raised from Superpalooza will benefit the Winchester Rescue Mission, a local organization serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty right here in the Shenandoah Valley.
Event Details
Divisions: RX & Scaled
Team Format: 2-person, same-sex or mixed-pair teams
Workouts: 3β4 total, designed to be fun, inclusive, and challenging
Check-In: 7:00 AM
First Heat: 8:00 AM
Awards Ceremony: Approx. 3:00 PM
Whatβs Included:

Division Standards
RX Division
Athletes in this division must be proficient and confident in the following:
Bar Muscle-Ups
Handstand Skills (e.g., Handstand Walks or Handstand Push-Ups)
Heavier Barbell Cycling (up to 155/105# for volume, not 1RMs)
Toes-to-Bar
Dumbbell Snatches
C2 Bike and Rowing
Running
Light Power Snatches
This division is designed for experienced athletes who regularly RX workouts in a CrossFit gym setting and can handle high-skill gymnastics under fatigue.
Scaled Division β Inclusive and Fun
Athletes in this division should be comfortable with:
Pullups
Toes to Rings
Wall Walks
Single Unders
Lighter Barbell Work (115/95)
Basic DB Movements (e.g., DB snatches with light to moderate weight)
Modified versions of machines and running distances
This division is ideal for newer athletes, first-time competitors, or anyone wanting to throw down in a fun, supportive environment without advanced gymnastics or heavy loading.
** Final movement standards will be released closer to the event.
