While Hudson Bay track is being resurfaced we will be meeting at Covington Middle School.

The Warm-up:

1200 meter jog followed by stretching.

The WOW:

Intermediate:
15 x 200m + 100m RI

Advanced:
25 x 200m + 100m RI

The Cool-down:

1200 meter jog followed by shin mobility and stretching.
