Join us for an exploration of Norwegian history through the National museum’s collection of art, architecture and design.
As we journey from the Middel Ages and stave churches to the glass goblets of the 1700s and to the royal gowns of Norway’s two queens, we look at how the Norwegian nature and people have shaped our culture. On the second floor of the museum, we travel from mountains to the fjords, explore fairytales and dive into Edvard Munch’s international legacy.
The tour is free with a valid entrance ticket. Please sign up at the information desk to join the tour.
