How to identify & eliminate your biggest time-wasters
You’ll walk away with a simple plan to buy back your time — and start investing it in your goals, your growth, and your life.
Meet your host, Nava
Nava’s natural interest in studying physics blossomed into metaphysics when she arrived in the land of the long white cloud. Originally from Germany, Nava was travelling on a quest to find purpose and answers to the mysteries of life. Did she find anything on this quest? Yes! After four exciting years of inquiry, practice, and being immersed in the wonders of bhakti yoga, she is still fully inspired by what she has discovered. Mesmerized by the depth and broad-mindedness that a yoga lifestyle offers, Nava is keen to share with you that wisdom and love, along with her experiences on the road of life. Nava is also an expert vegan chef who specializes in European cuisine and baking, and she is busy spreading that kind of love around Bhakti Lounge too!
