Culinary Institute of Charleston: Savory Baking Cooking Class

Join our culinary program and take BKP 184 P01: Savory Baking. Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lecture 12:30-2:20 pm/Lab 2:30-5:20 pm. This course is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and techniques required in the production of savory pastries with global flavors and origins. Products produced will include American and international doughs, pastries, and savory fillings. Prerequisite or Corequisite BKP 101 and BKP 102 or Fundamentals of Baking.
