We’re teaming up with the culinary geniuses at Bruncheonette for a one-night-only private beer pairing dinner, and you’ve got early access to reserve your seat before tickets open to the public!

Chili-lime grilled shrimp on a cheddar & chive tamale waffle, topped with roasted corn salsa and spicy mango-IPA purée

Smoked, coffee-rubbed pork belly with crispy potato au gratin and béarnaise sauce

Pudgy American Stout
Stout-braised short ribs with creamy polenta, charred tri-colored carrots, and crispy fried onions

"Globetrotter" Oak Aged Fruited Wild Ale
Blueberry crisp with lemon curd mousse and candied lemon peel
