Finding peace through meditation is a process of gradually letting go of our busy minds and slowly learning how to change the way we view things.

We will learn new methods that help to nurture wholesome and grounded ways in which we can live our lives more peacefully and harmoniously. Come and join us every Friday for a meditation reset to focus on yourself and your practice.

This is a weekly drop-in class open to anyone interested, no previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level.
