Beginner Day | West Coast Swing

✨ Learn your basics in a day in a fun, supportive environment! Perfect for those who want to dive in quickly, our weekend workshop is a 2 hour intensive session designed to teach you the foundational steps, timing, and introduce partner connection.

𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
You choose which role to dance - pick one and see if you like it, and maybe try the other role another time. As a heads up, follower spaces tend to get booked up quickly but join the waitlist anyway as we release spots when more leaders book.

𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄?
In West Coast Swing, the leader is responsible for initiating the movements and guiding the flow of the dance, while the follower responds to those cues and adds their own style and creativity. Both roles are equally important and fun to learn! You can choose whichever role feels right for you - some people even learn both!

15:00 - 17:30 | Beginner Workshop with BCS Teaching Team plus practice time (suitable for brand new dancers).

Workshop £15pp until 24/8 (late-bird £20pp)
