🚨 FREE for Moms 🎉 Friday, August 8: Hey mamas! Come treat yourself ✨Free Workout Opportunity for all moms in the community! Friday, August 8 at 9:30am, we’ll be having a Free Stroller Workout Sample Class located at LeBauer Park in Greensboro.
All fitness levels are welcome. Our workouts are designed by moms, for every stage of motherhood - pregnant & postpartum moms.
This workout consists of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while being designed for moms with kids in tow (or come by yourself).
Each class is designed to meet you where you are at mentally and physically that day. Leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized - all while having met other moms in the community. This class is all about self-care in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Invite your mom friends to come with you
to this freebie class. Just have them sign up too. The more the merrier.

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller or wagon will work, but kids (5 years and under) need to be strapped in safely. Older kids need to be stationary and clear of the other mom’s workout space for safety reasons.
You can pack your baby carrier and store it in the stroller, if you need to baby wear at any point we can give modifications.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great if we do floor work)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful!

We have partnered with Greensboro Downtown Parks and we’ll be providing a free workout class each month located at LeBauer Park. This program was made possible thanks to the generous support from the Dawn S. Chaney Foundation.
