San Diego Bal Lab: Workshop with Bal-Pals Jacob and Olivia

Join Jacob Wigger (Los Angeles) and Olivia Hales Adam (Orange County) for a Balboa deep dive!

During this two-hour workshop, we will be exploring energy transfer dynamics in Pure Balboa and Bal Swing, learning how to maintain flow and musicality through transitions and energy changes. Get ready for some creative new content and some crucial technique breakdown to improve how you feel to your partner and enhance your quality of movement.

Schedule:
2-2:30 pm: half-hour social dance to warm up, stretch, and check in
2:30-4:30 pm: two-hour workshop with Olivia and Jacob
4:30-5 pm: half-hour social dance to work on workshop material for a little extra practice.

Cost:
