You're warmly invited to a free class designed to gently reconnect you with your body, emotions, and the joy of being alive β through music, movement, and authentic connection.
What is Biodanza?
Biodanza β the βdance of lifeβ β is a system of personal growth that uses music, guided movement, and group connection to awaken your vitality, joy, and sense of belonging.
Thereβs no choreography, no steps to follow β just your breath, your presence, and your own natural movement. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
Why We Work in Cycles
Like the rhythms of nature, Biodanza unfolds in cycles. One session can feel inspiring β but itβs through consistent weekly encounters that deeper transformation happens.
The cycle becomes a safe container where trust builds, connection deepens, and something begins to shift inside.
Little by little, we feel more grounded, open, and alive.
The Power of the Group
The group in Biodanza is not just a gathering β itβs a space of deep human connection.
Here, weβre seen and felt not through words, but through shared presence and movement.
The group becomes a kind of matrix β a place where we remember that we are not alone, where we soften and reconnect, together.
