RunNC Saturday Group Run

Join us at 6:30am at Park Road Park, by Field's #5 & #6, for our Saturday group run. With CRC (the Club) starting at 7:00am, we'll get in a a few early miles heading north on LSCG, before joining them for the big start, where we head south on LSCG. While there'll be plenty of coolers out for everyone, bring hydration & fuel, of course, as needed, and to practice what works. Be on time, as we will start running at 6:30am.
