Our AD Colby Pack will talk to all athletes & parents in the Auditorium, and you'll also have a chance to meet with your individual fall sport coaches.
We will again do online forms for the sports paperwork. You can find all of this information on our Athletics/Activities webpage. These forms are available now, so you can complete them anytime! If you run into any issues trying to complete forms or need paper copies, please let Randi know - cmFuZGlodWJlcnQgfCBycmNmYWxjb25zICEgb3Jn. ALL forms MUST be completed prior to practice beginning!
βSports Physical Forms will still need to be on paper so the medical professional can complete them. They are available on our website or in the school office.
