The national Parisi Evaluation Day will be held in Columbia, Missouri on August 1st at the Missouri Athletic Center. How do you stack up against others your age nationwide?
What is includes:
Full Movement Analysis – We assess speed, agility, strength, and coordination to identify areas for improvement.
Baseline Performance Testing – Athletes complete a series of proven Parisi drills to measure key metrics such as sprint speed, lateral quickness, vertical jump, and flexibility.
Goal Setting & Progress Plan – Based on the evaluation, we create a personalized roadmap for success with clearly defined milestones.
Injury Risk Screening – Identify movement imbalances and areas of vulnerability to help prevent injuries before they happen.
