Entrance Fee up to August 1st is 60.00 per adult, plus one volunteer duty. After July 1st the fee will go to 70.00 per adult, plus one volunteer duty. Rituals and presenting workshops do not count as volunteer duties. Children under 18 have free admission.
The following is included: All rituals, workshops, your camping spot, feast, bardic circle and a sumbel.
For the Friday evening meal, please bring a dish to share for a potluck supper. The feast will be Saturday evening.
Pets are welcome but must be on a leash and supervised by someone, or be secure in your tent. Please pick up after your pet.
There will be designated smoking areas. We ask that people do not smoke outside these areas.
We ask that anyone listening to music on site please do so with headphones only, as it can be disruptive to other campers.
Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised. There are many ways children can get into difficulties, such as near fire pits or in wooded areas.
Clothing is Nova Scotia beach legal at the minimum. Feel free to wear any garb that expresses your path or craft. Robes and capes are fine also!
Please bring necessary food other than the meals mentioned above. Tenting will be the main type of camping at this site. If you are vending, you may need a screen shelter or a canopy of some sort, if you are used to one. Bring a folding table for yourself or vending if you need one. We may have a limited number of tables.
Outhouses and a shower will be available.
Every adult is expected to perform one volunteer duty to make the weekend run smoothly. A schedule with a list of duties will be sent out later. Use QR Code to register or this link: https://forms.gle/Tt7vUMGUTSQbsqBM6 Please send deposits to Y29hdGVzYmFyYmFyYTI5IHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20=
