All About Dairy

Wapello County Farm Bureau and the Ottumwa Public Library are thrilled to invite you to an exciting event on August 6th! We welcome you to the Children's Center at the Ottumwa Public Library from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This free event is specially designed for toddlers aged two to three years.
