Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath:
Rest + Relax as we embark on an inward journey into states of deep relaxation and enhanced clarity with cacao and a sound bath. Unwind, rest and rejuvenate in a peaceful atmosphere. Let go of time constraints- simply be. Indulge in a guided cacao ceremony: open your heart and set powerful intentions. Following a guided meditation, you will be bathed in the healing vibrations of an immersive sound bath experience, with soothing tones of crystal bowls. This sacred space will be an invitation to pause, breathe deep and simply be. Leave the space feeling deeply grounded, nurtured and renewed.
Bring comfort essentials: pillows, blanket, bolster, yoga mat, journal or whatever will make your space cozy for you.
We do provide yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows if you do not bring your own.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space for a prompt start. Late entry is NOT permitted.
