Breathwork Classes at The Hidden Temple
First Sunday of each month | 3 to 5pm
This style of breathwork blends conscious connected breathing from various traditions with the specific use of metaphor and visualization cues to enhance the brain’s role in restoring connection between body and breath. It also includes Somatic Energy Alignment, which combines breathwork, de-armoring bodywork, and energy work. The emphasis is on nervous system attunement and deep repatterning of how we process experience on a biological level.
These classes introduce simple breathing patterns and use metaphor and visualization to help us connect more deeply to our felt sensations. The result is an accessible and integrative practice that opens more space and connection in the breath, brain, and body. Whether we are experienced or new to breathwork, this is a space to meet ourselves in a new way.
By working this way, we begin to unwind deeper tension and blockages held in the physical and energy bodies. These are often shaped by past trauma, stress, or overwhelm.
With breath, we invite the body’s energy to find its natural flow again. These sessions are a space to feel how breath, body, and mind are in constant relationship. Each one is always shaping the others.
When we meet the stuck places in the body with gentle awareness, we begin to soften the survival patterns that keep us feeling disconnected. Each breath is a chance to notice how sensations and thoughts shape each other, and how they begin to shift when we bring patience and attention.
