Join me in a free hour long bellydance for fitness try it class.
All bodies and all levels of dance and fitness are welcome.
In class we wear comfortable layers that allow for movement and dance in either bare feet or clean dance shoes. Dancing in socks is dangerous and not allowed. Don't forget to bring your water bottle!
