COLLECTIF THÖZ INVITES JOSEPH NOWELL & DAMIEN BRASSART
Brussels-based improvised music collective and DIY label Collectif Thöz, curates this concert in collaboration with L’Horloge du Sud. An unexpected venue for this kind of music, offering a new space for experimental sound in the city. For this third edition, the collective invites the powerful duo formed by Damien Brassart (saxophone) and Joseph Nowell (piano), two well-known figures of the Brussels improvised music scene. Their collaboration reflects a shared practice rooted in jazz, contemporary music and improvisation. Both musicians are active internationally and have performed at renowned festivals and venues across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
