Join us for a calming, beginner-friendly session that introduces the foundations of mindful breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle movement. This class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate inner calm. Through simple breathing techniques, light stretching, and guided awareness practices, you’ll learn how to reduce stress, increase focus, and support overall well-being. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

$10 class fee — cash or Venmo to Emily

Emily Plauché is a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to creating accessible, grounding practices that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Emily has a master’s degree in Yoga Therapy and certifications in Somatic Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Blending somatic principles, guided meditation, breathwork and yoga, Emily creates a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore presence, healing, and self-discovery. Emily is a Cajun transplant from Louisiana loving living in Arden, WV with her family.
