Take a break out of your day for your mental health + wellness and join us for some meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a series of slow, intentional, continuous movements. Originating more than 1,000 years ago in China, the main theme within its practice is to "let go."

This program is recommended for ages 16+ (younger teens are welcome with adult supervision).

Tai Chi will take place on the Great Lawn.

No registration is required for this free program.
