This 4-day course for singles or couples will allow you to rediscover bliss and vibrancy in body, mind and spirit. Recent research shows that MOVEMENT can prevent some diseases, ease the symptoms of others, and even reverse some chronic conditions. Using both ancient and modern techniques will enable you to release blocks that prevent you from living in your bliss body.

We will have fun experimenting with techniques such as breathwork, mudras, meditation, mantra, yoga postures, moving meditations, appropriate touch, emotional release, dance and more.

This course is welcoming to all genders, all body types and abilities. No previous experience is necessary.
